AMF penalty concerning formula-fund charges
While operating as Natixis Asset Management, the company was fined €35 million by the enforcement committee of France’s Autorité des Marchés Financiers on July 25, 2017. The action concerned charges applied to formula funds and predates the Ostrum rebrand.
