Open Referral

Open Referral is a French software company providing an AI-native employee referral platform. The platform is designed to automate and streamline referral programs, integrating with ATS and offering features like automated reminders, reporting, eligibility checks, and bonus tracking.

Open Referral was built by two co-founders, Amandine and Michel, after five years of field experience analyzing hundreds of referral programs. They aimed to create a tool that configures in a day, integrates with ATS, and automates the rest.
