Public dispute over responsibility for Onatel’s decline
President Evariste Ndayishimiye criticized Onatel staff for contributing to the company’s collapse. Gabriel Rufyiri of Olucome responded that accountability should also include the state, the supervising ministry, and government-appointed management and board members.
