Lviv fuel-quality incident
Reports said that vehicles refueling with A-95 at an OKKO station outside Lviv received water and sand or otherwise unusable fuel, causing at least 20 reported vehicle breakdowns. The supplied sources do not establish the final cause, liability or resolution.
