Octopus Investments announced a £20 million Ventures EIS fund to invest in smaller UK companies and early-stage technology companies with high growth potential. The fund can invest up to £20 million per eligible knowledge-intensive company over its lifetime, with a £12 million cap for non-knowledge-intensive EIS-eligible companies.
