Obsidian Energy files amended prospectus for subscription-receipt offering
Obsidian Energy announced that it had filed an amended and restated preliminary prospectus for its previously announced offering of subscription receipts, priced at $4.40 each for gross proceeds of up to $22.5 million. The offering was intended to help fund the purchase of a remaining 45% working interest in its Peace River Oil Partnership; the offering and acquisition had not yet closed.
