Export-reporting and sanctions-compliance case
NuDay Syria pleaded guilty to three counts of failing to file export information. Prosecutors said that more than 100 shipments to Syria between 2018 and 2021 had been reported as destined for Turkey and that the goods had been undervalued by several million dollars. In December 2023, the organization received five years of probation and a $25,000 fine.
