Palm-oil sourcing criticism
Environmental and labor-rights activists criticized Nissin over alleged links between its palm-oil supply chain and rainforest destruction, peatland damage and human-rights abuses. A demonstration was held outside Nissin Foods’ United States headquarters on 29 June 2015.
