Employee allegations against Nilepet management
Hundreds of Nilepet employees signed an open letter alleging corruption, nepotism, managerial incompetence, and a condition so serious that the company was approaching bankruptcy and collapse. The allegations were followed by President Salva Kiir's removal of managing director Bol Ring Mourwel Kon and the reinstatement of Chol Deng Thon Abel.
