Nikolaihof

Nikolaihof is described as the oldest winery in Austria, with a history of almost 2,000 years. It cultivates mainly Riesling and Grüner Veltliner on 22 hectares following strict biodynamic Demeter guidelines. The winery uses no herbicides, pesticides, artificial fertilizers, or synthetic sprays. The wines ferment on their own yeast and age in the historic Roman wine cellar in large old oak barrels.
