In a further move aimed at addressing shareholder concerns, NextDC has withdrawn its proposed increase in the maximum aggregate remuneration pool for non-executive directors. Incumbent directors have also agreed to an immediate voluntary 10 per cent reduction in board fees.
NextDC has announced a series of board and governance changes ahead of its AGM on 20 November, as the company responds to investor concerns following delays to the M3 Melbourne project and its revised FY27 earnings guidance.
