A Shenzhen Securities Regulatory Bureau inspection found that Netac Technology's recognition of trade revenue and accounting for prepayments and inventory were irregular, and ordered the company to rectify; it issued warning letters to Zhou Fuchi, Du Tiejun, Liao Xianfu, and Xu Lisong; in 2025 Zhou Fuchi was also warned and fined RMB 800,000 for illegally trading company shares. Court orders Micron to compensate Netac in patent case
Ruling
In a patent case brought by Netac, Beijing Intellectual Property Court judgments required Micron to pay Netac RMB 3 million in economic damages and RMB 36,000 in reasonable expenses. The report says Jiahe Yimei was also ordered to pay reasonable expenses.
