The management of Syndicate 2468 changed: following approval, the Neon Group of companies, including the Lloyd's Corporate Members supporting Syndicate 2468, became part of RiverStone Holdings Ltd from 1 January 2021. The management of Syndicate 2468 was novated from Neon Underwriting Limited to RiverStone Managing Agency Limited.

After formal approval from Lloyd’s, a novation of the management of Syndicate 2468 from Neon Underwriting Limited to RiverStone Managing Agency Limited was completed.
