HNSX supercomputer dumping dispute
HNSX Supercomputers and Fujitsu were found guilty in United States proceedings involving below-cost bidding for a supercomputer supplied to the National Center for Atmospheric Research. The United States International Trade Commission later found that Cray had been financially injured by the pricing practices. The matter concerned NEC's HNSX operation rather than the post-2006 NEC Corporation of America entity.
