Payment dispute involving Saudi crude supply
The Supreme Court of Pakistan upheld a State Bank of Pakistan fine against NRL concerning delayed payments to Saudi Aramco under a 1998 crude-supply contract. The court ordered payment of Rs 305 million to the central bank, which had acted as sovereign guarantor.
