Freek and Monster packaging lawsuit
Hansen Beverage alleged that Freek energy-drink cans were confusingly similar to Monster cans. An initial court decision restricted sales, but the Ninth Circuit reversed the injunction. Hansen later dropped the lawsuit after an agreement with National Beverage.
