Better Business Bureau complaints over membership sales

The Better Business Bureau reported an F rating and numerous complaints alleging that NAPW advertising presented membership as free while sales representatives offered paid packages, sometimes involving annual fees of up to approximately $1,000. Complaints also described high-pressure sales tactics, inadequate written information, cancellation difficulties, and refund problems. These are reported consumer allegations and should not be treated as a blanket adjudication of every complaint.
