Rhodes listing and waste-discharge investigation
The ship developed an approximately ten-degree list at Rhodes and was evacuated. Four officers were detained. Divers reported that waste-discharge hatchways had been crudely blocked, causing waste retention that contributed to the vessel's stability problem.
