Wellstar Health System completes acquisition of Mountain Lakes Medical Center
Wellstar Health System completed its acquisition of Mountain Lakes Medical Center, a 25-bed critical access hospital in Rabun County, northeast Georgia, following the conclusion of regulatory requirements and customary closing conditions. The hospital becomes Wellstar Mountain Lakes Medical Center, the 12th hospital in Wellstar's integrated health system.
