Attempted sale of stolen rare books
After rare books were stolen from a van in Oakland, two men attempted to sell some of the books at Moe's Books. Employees had received an industry alert, delayed the prospective sellers, and contacted police. Joshua Anderson was arrested while trying to leave through the front of the store, while an accomplice escaped.
