California Proposition 65 settlement over DEA allegations

The Initiative for Safer Cosmetics alleged that MISSHA Super Aqua Cell Renew Snail Cleansing Foam and M Perfect Cover B.B Cream sold in California contained diethanolamine and lacked required Proposition 65 warnings. Able C&C U.S., formerly Missha US, denied the material allegations and stated that the settlement was not an admission of wrongdoing. The agreement required future products to be DEA-free under a specified testing threshold or to carry warnings, and required a total settlement payment of $30,000.
