U.S. lawmakers question Milwaukee Tool over alleged forced labor in glove supply chain
The Congressional-Executive Commission on China questioned the company about allegations that suppliers may have used Uyghur forced labor in the production of work gloves. Milwaukee said it does not tolerate forced labor, described its compliance controls, and said its investigation found no evidence involving authorized products. The company also reported finding counterfeit gloves bearing its brand and ending its relationship with the manufacturer concerned.
