New Balance sues Michael Kors over shoe designs
Lawsuit filed
New Balance filed a lawsuit against Michael Kors in the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts, alleging that designs on Michael Kors Olympia and Pippin shoes are virtually identical and confusingly similar to New Balance marks.
