Assault by venue bouncer
A bouncer working at the club, Adam Ryan Kennedy, was reported to have placed a patron in a chokehold and struck the patron's head against a wall while the patron was unconscious. Kennedy received an eight-month suspended prison sentence and a $5,000 fine.
