MetLife Investment Management completes acquisition of PineBridge Investments
MetLife Investment Management completed its acquisition of PineBridge Investments LLC from Pacific Century Group in December 2025. The transaction, originally announced in December 2024 at a value of $1.2 billion, creates a combined business managing about $735 billion in assets, led by MIM President Brian Funk. PineBridge CEO Gregory Ehret has left the firm.

Pacific Oak closes $120 million credit facilities
Pacific Oak Capital Advisors announced the closing of two credit facilities providing up to $120 million in financing for single-family rental properties. An affiliate of MetLife Investment Management was the lead lender for both facilities.
