Employee-authored Amazon reviews
Amazon listings for Portal contained highly favorable reviews that appeared to have been posted by Facebook employees, contrary to Amazon’s review policies. Facebook executive Andrew Bosworth said the activity was neither coordinated nor directed by the company and indicated that the employees would be asked to delete the reviews.
