Edelweiss and Meritz partner to launch a financing fund
Edelweiss Alternative Asset Advisors partnered with South Korea's Meritz Financial Group to launch the first fund of a financing platform targeted at $425 million. The platform is intended to buy existing residential real estate loans and provide completion financing to commercially viable projects.
