Alleged price fixing investigation
Serbia’s Commission for Protection of Competition investigated Mercator-S, Delhaize Serbia, Univerexport, and DIS over an alleged restrictive agreement involving identical or highly similar prices for selected products. The authority reviewed 35 products during a period running from late April to September 19, 2024.
