David Yurman sues Mejuri over alleged design copying
Lawsuit filed
David Yurman sued Mejuri, alleging that it copied distinctive jewelry designs and that Yurman's business suffered as a result. Mejuri said the allegations were categorically false. Yurman sought an injunction and an order for existing pieces to be melted down and recycled.
