Safety audit identifies critical deficiencies
A 2023 audit reportedly identified more than 28 serious safety deficiencies, including problems with records, maintenance controls, landing-gear airworthiness, personnel certification, safety directives, and authorization of safety-critical work. The findings were followed by a suspension from the Nigerian Civil Aviation Authority.
