The Coffee Store, associated with Maui Coffee, was founded in 1974 as the first specialty coffee shop in the Hawaiian Islands. It set out to elevate the Hawaiian coffee experience with artisanal roasting and farm-to-cup sourcing. The roastery is located on the slopes of Maui's Haleakala volcano.
