“Babygate” customer confrontation
During a July 18 visit, owner-cook Darla Neugebauer confronted Tara Carson after Carson's 21-month-old child had reportedly been crying for an extended period. Neugebauer defended the intervention publicly, while Carson's account was also distributed through the Washington Post.
