Per the plaintiff, this required work resulted in an extra half hour of uncompensated work per day.
On Wednesday, Magellan Health was sued in Arizona federal court. The case, structured as a putative class action, was filed by Douglas Haegg for alleged violations of the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA).

Magellan Health Inc. said Friday that a ransomware attack discovered on April 11 may have affected some customers’ personal information.
The compromised information included names and one or more of the following: treatment information, health insurance account information, member IDs, other health-related information, email addresses, phone numbers and physical addresses.
The Scottsdale-based managed care giant said it has no evidence any personal data has been misused.
