LogiHire was co-founded in 2023 by Sam Smeaton and Fhiona Lamb. Sam Smeaton began his recruitment career in 2010, and over the next decade developed a methodology that would later transform logistics hiring in Australia. The company was born to bring precision-engineered, tech-first recruitment to Australian freight and logistics.
