Liaoning Cheng Da signs contract to transfer Chengda Fangyuan equity
The Dalian exchange confirmed that Liaoning Cheng Da had signed a contract with Guoda Pharmacy to transfer its 100% equity stake in Chengda Fangyuan for RMB 1.86 billion. The ownership-change procedures were still in progress.
