Toshiba NAND flash technology lawsuit
Lexar accused Toshiba of copying technology connected with NAND flash memory. The dispute produced an initial $465 million jury award in 2005 and was ultimately resolved in 2006 when Toshiba agreed to pay $288 million for specified Lexar patents and rights.
