Left Hook Media sues Truly Original and Endemol USA over Summer House spinoff compensation and credits

Left Hook Media filed a breach-of-contract lawsuit in Los Angeles Superior Court on Aug. 19 against Truly Original LLC and Endemol USA Holding Inc. The suit alleges that Left Hook Media was denied compensation and executive producer credits for two spinoff series of Bravo's "Summer House" and was retaliated against for complaining. The lawsuit seeks at least $1 million.

A Truly Original representative did not immediately reply to a request for comment on the breach-of-contract suit filed Aug. 19.
In retaliation for asserting their rights, Truly removed Teti’s and Odgers’ executive producer credit on “Summer House” for seasons nine and 10 in an alleged further breach of the parties’ agreement, the suit states.
