Allegations concerning commissions in the UAE Leclerc sale
Reports based on leaked documents and arbitration-related material examined the role of an intermediary in the 1993 UAE Leclerc transaction. The reporting alleged that a very large commission was associated with the sale and that some funds may have been used to influence officials.
