McColman & Sons Demolition sues Lake Okanagan Resort over unpaid demolition work
McColman & Sons Demolition of Edmonton filed a lawsuit against the owners of Lake Okanagan Resort, seeking a lien of $248,976.64 it claims is still owed under a 2024 contract for demolition, cleanup and removal of fire-damaged buildings. The lawsuit calls for an order for sale of the parcel if the lien amount and interest are not paid in full.
