Savings-certificate lawsuit involving Glad Tidings
Buyers of Glad Tidings savings certificates sued the church and its officers, alleging that the certificates' financial risks and inability to pay interest had not been disclosed. TBN later settled the case after acquiring KPAZ-TV.
