PT Kota Satu Properti Tbk is an Indonesian company domiciled in Kabupaten Semarang, established in 2012. It develops Amaya Home Resort, a modern residential area with a green living concept, and operates Allstay hotels. The company went public in 2018 with ticker SATU.

PT Kota Satu Properti Tbk was established on October 3, 2012, based on Deed of Establishment No. 6, and was ratified by the Minister of Law and Human Rights on November 19, 2012. In 2013, development of Amaya Home Resort began. In 2014, PT Kota Satu Persada and PT Kota Satu Manajemen were established, and development of Allstay Hotel Semarang and Allstay Ecotel Yogyakarta started. In 2015, Phase 1 of Amaya Home Resort units began. In 2016, Phase 2 and Phase 3 were developed, and Allstay hotels began operating. In 2017, PT Kota Satu Properti became the holding company of PT Kota Satu Persada and PT Kota Satu Manajemen. In 2018, the company conducted an IPO with ticker SATU. In 2021, an MOU with Bumi Sekartama was signed.
