Embezzlement case involving former CFO
Former Kimber Manufacturing chief financial officer Denis Shusterman was federally indicted for embezzling approximately $10 million from Kimber Manufacturing and Nationwide Sports Distributors. He later pleaded guilty, was ordered to pay damages and back taxes, and was sentenced to 14 years in federal prison.
