HPG Enterprises liquidation dispute
After K's Merchandise Mart closed following bankruptcy, HPG Enterprises handled liquidation sales for the merchandise. A judge subsequently ordered HPG Enterprises to close about a month later because of deceptive advertising. The matter was connected to the liquidation of merchandise from the former mall anchor rather than an allegation against Kentucky Oaks Mall itself.
