Lawsuit filed over alleged injuries from Just For Men hair dye
A Charleston County man sued Combe Incorporated and Combe International LTD, alleging that Just For Men hair dye caused burns, discoloration and rashes and that the company failed to warn customers of potential risks. Combe disputed the plaintiff’s account, saying he had not followed the product’s directions and safety instructions, and said its products are safe when used as directed.
