Cancellation of a substantial share of summer sessions
CTY canceled approximately one-third of its planned summer sessions at short notice. Reporting and a staff open letter identified staffing shortages, incomplete or delayed background checks, security-clearance issues, and concerns about COVID-19 operating policies. Johns Hopkins changed CTY leadership and announced an investigation.
