Neo8 series V1+ chip claims contradicted; product manager apologizes

The iQOO Neo8 series was promoted as carrying the self-developed V1+ chip, but customer service and official statements later said the chip did not participate in image processing, prompting consumers to question the claims as false advertising. The product manager then said the chip did in fact participate in imaging functions, that it was "a problem with promotion and training," and apologized; the official promotional pages were revised.
