  1. UK competition inquiry into acquisitions and investments

The UK Competition and Markets Authority raised competition concerns over Hunter Douglas’s interests in 247 Home Furnishings, Blinds2Go, and Hillarys Blinds. The authority also noted that the 2013 minority investment in 247 had not been notified.
