Huaigang Special Steel subsidiary Jinkang Industrial fined 243,000 yuan for open-air scrap steel storage without anti-scattering measures
Shagang Co., Ltd. announced that Jiangsu Jinkang Industrial Group, under its indirectly controlled subsidiary Huaigang Special Steel, was fined 243,000 yuan by the Huai'an ecological environment department for storing scrap steel in the open without measures to prevent scattering and loss. Huaigang Special Steel was also included in rectification items of the central ecological and environmental protection inspection, and completed ultra-low emission transformation by the end of 2023.
