New-energy vehicle subsidy violations
A Ministry of Finance inspection identified Suzhou Kinglong, the name associated with Higer in the reference material, among enterprises involved in problematic new-energy-vehicle subsidy claims. The notice stated that 1,683 vehicles were involved in violations during 2015, that 520 million yuan in subsidies would be recovered, and that a 260 million yuan fine would be imposed.
