Conservation Law Foundation sues Gulf Oil
Conservation Law Foundation sued Gulf Oil Limited Partnership under the Clean Water Act and alleged that it failed to comply with a state stormwater permit and that its facility posed risks of hazardous-waste contamination. The plaintiffs also alleged violations of the Clean Water Act and the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act; these are allegations in the lawsuit.
